Lead Carpenter

Advance is seeking a full-time lead carpenter to perform high-end residential remodeling projects. Projects include kitchen and bath remodeling, basement finishing, home additions and outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of carpentry or remodeling experience, including a working knowledge of foundations, framing, doors and windows, drywall, flooring, tile, finish carpentry, roofing, siding and exterior trim, as well as minor plumbing and electrical repairs.

The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, a genuine passion for residential construction, and extremely high quality standards. This position will report to a Project Manager. Projects may be located anywhere in the greater Cleveland area. A background check and drug test are required.

Tool Requirements:
Power tools will be provided as needed. Candidate should possess all hand tools required for completion of building and remodeling tasks.

Compensation Package:
Competitive Pay. Commensurate with experience.

Carpenter

Advance is seeking a full-time carpenter to perform high-end residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of carpentry or remodeling experience, including exposure to foundations, framing, doors and windows, drywall, flooring, tile, finish carpentry, roofing, siding and exterior trim, as well as minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
