How We Partner With Clients
Initial Phone Consultation
The remodeling process starts with a phone call to discuss your goals and what type of work you are looking to have completed. This initial conversation ensures we are a good fit for your project.
A member of our staff will conduct a site visit to further discuss your goals and various options to achieve your vision. We conduct a preliminary evaluation of your space to consider logistics and identify potential feasibility concerns.
Design and Planning
We work with you to clearly define your project scope and establish a target budget. We create multiple design options, placing an emphasis on functional space planning. We refine the design based on your feedback and prepare written specifications.
Written Cost Estimate
Based on your approved design and scope, we provide detailed specifications and a total cost estimate including allowances for any fixtures and finishes not yet chosen.
Construction Agreement and Pre-Construction Planning
Once we have approval from you, we execute a written agreement for the work to be completed. This step initiates several pre-construction tasks including final construction drawings, building permits, final fixture and finish selections, and site inspections with our skilled trade partners.
We hire professional, responsible, and courteous craftsmen who recognize that they will become temporary stewards of your property during construction. They will protect your property while maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout the duration of your project. Once your project is underway, we conduct scheduled client walk‐through meetings to keep you informed.
Upon completion, your Project Manager will meet with you for a final walk-though to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
