Storage Space

Attics are often neglected areas that can be renovated into additional living and storage spaces. That was the case with this Rocky River home. The attic received a complete makeover to serve as a combination bedroom and home office. Our design includes creative ideas to maximize available storage space behind the knee walls. A skylight was added above the stairwell to invite more natural light and improve headroom. Our client opted for wood-look LVP flooring and design elements that kept the space clean and open. We also updated a first floor bathroom during this remodel. Working within a small footprint, we incorporated fixtures that were functional and created the illusion of more space.
