This sun room addition features sliding bi-fold windows and doors, structural pyramid skylights, heated tile floors, a fireplace, stained wood ceiling, and Silestone quartz bar top.

This project included a new block foundation wall and crawl space, and a flat EPDM roof. The original blue stone patio was re-installed to fit the new space after construction. The exterior is finished with Azek PVC paneling and trim details to coordinate with the existing structure.
