Family Room

This Cleveland basement was in poor condition and in need of a complete remodel. Our client wanted to convert the space into a comfortable and inviting family room. The scope of work included removing the original deteriorating finishes, installing new wall framing, insulation, electrical wiring for sound and lighting, drywall, and leveling the floor for new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring.

The new space features built-in bookshelves, a rustic home bar with a live edge oak bar top, seating for four and ample storage for glassware. Our in-house millwork shop sanded and finished a live edge oak slab for the bar top with stunning results. The in-wall speakers create a theater-like experience. This will be a comfortable and cozy living space for our clients to enjoy for years to come.
