Charm

The scope of the project included a complete remodel of the first floor kitchen and powder room. On the second floor, we remodeled the master bedroom and two second floor full baths. Additional work included basement tuck-pointing and waterproofing, boiler replacement, replacement of front entry columns and masonry staircase, re-construction of window wells, window replacement throughout the home, new storm doors, refinishing of hardwood floors throughout the home, new paint on the interior and exterior and numerous additional updates.
